THE OTHER HALF OF OUR NAME

A little frozen.
A lot of personality.

Frozen Ritas are only the beginning. We’re shaping a drinks menu with Michigan-based spirits, thoughtful non-alcoholic choices, and adaptogen options for guests who don’t drink. Different ways to raise a glass. The same care in every pour.

The opening menu, ingredients, pricing, and availability are still being finalized. We’ll share the real menu when it’s ready.

A LITTLE LESS GUESSWORK

Sushi ≠ Raw.
Let’s clear that up.

Sushi centers on seasoned rice. Raw fish is one possibility, not a requirement. Cooked proteins and vegetables belong at the table, too. We’re developing our menu with plenty of ways to find what you love.

Will there be vegetarian options?

Vegetable-forward choices are part of the menu development. We’ll publish confirmed dietary information with the opening menu.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please tell our team before ordering once service begins. We’ll share ingredients and preparation information so you can make an informed choice. A shared kitchen cannot be assumed free of cross-contact.
